(4) don't go into production immediately after turn on the light, want to have a lamp preheating time, summer at high temperature, preheat time is short; Winter low temperature, preheat time longer, preheating time to 2-3 minutes. If there is a weak light UV machine device, should be in the bright light file starting turn on the light, so that we can shorten the lamp preheating time, if the production need to weak light, can be at the end of the preheat to weak light.
Second: speed regulation
(1) the best speed selection method: the product first by UV curing devices at a certain speed, if the curing, to speed up again, until the products just through curing device cannot be completely cured, the velocity of the then multiplied by 0.8 is the best.

Fourth：UV lamp maintenance
(1) the service life of the UV lamp is one of the biggest is commonly - 1000 hours, 800 hours after reaching life which should be replaced.
(2) the UV lamp use period, at the appropriate time (1-2 months) with anhydrous ethanol, gauze cleaning tube surface and reflection on the surface of the reflector plate, then rotate the UV lamp 180 oc. Chimney baffle lost after the mirror effect has to be replaced.
Note: uv rays can damage the eyes and skin, please don't use eyes when turn on the light bulb surface, at the same time, don't let the ultraviolet light skin.
